The Artist is not responsible for any missing or incorrect information on the form, however, I may ask for additional info if needed.

The Artist has full right to upload the commission on any/all social media, unless specified by the Client beforehand to keep the commission private.

Payment must be up front and paid in full before I start work.

The Client may back out on a commission (before payment is sent), This will not result in any issues as long as you communicate this

If the Client submits a chargeback you will be blacklisted from ever commissioning from Hypnostarz services.

The Artwork/Commission will be done digitally, There will be no hard copies.

The Client is paying for a service/digital good and will not require shipping of any kind.

The artist doesn't do deadlines as the stress it puts on the body and can physically stop the artist from working.

Please note The Artist can take up to 5+ months, and Is a disabled artist.

The Client may contact the Artist at any time to ask for a progress check on the commission, But The client must not rush the artist.

Other life circumstances may or may not come up at any time during this period, which may cause me, The Artist, to take longer. Please be aware that the Artist is very frequently physically ill and delays are more likely than not to happen.

The Client will be notified of any delays and/or it will be written on the Artist’s public to-do list on Trello.

The Client may use/reupload the completed commission for PERSONAL, NON-COMMERCIAL use only unless explicitly discussed otherwise.

There must be proper credit given to the Artist (@Hypnostarz/@Hypnostars) and a linkback to any of the Artist's social media provided. i.e. As SNS profile picture, reposting WITH CREDIT for NON-COMMERCIAL purposes, decorating personal webpages WITH CREDIT, making PERSONAL USE merchandise that WILL NOT be sold, etc.The Client may not claim the commission as their own work, whether they did or did not make any edits to the commission.

The Client may make minor edits to the artwork If any details were missed, But The Client may also ask The Artist to do this instead, Major edits may not be done but the artist can for an additional fee

My work is not permitted to be used in blockchain/crypto related technologies, including non fungible tokens (NFTs). Using my work for such is breach of contract and considered copyright infringement.

Do not use my designs for anything hateful, harmful, or offensive. i.e. Racism, transphobia, transmedicalism, homophobia, pedophilia, incest, bigotry, etc.

You may resell, only for the price you paid when purchasing the design. (Plus any commissioned art. Gifted art, art you made yourself, and traded art does not count.)

Do not resell for more than what you paid for.

Once you re-sell/trade/gift a design, it is no longer yours, no matter the circumstances.

If ownership is changed, it must always come with the original design and files, no matter how much it may have been redesigned.

You cannot resell/trade my gifted design/adopts without my permission (IF i personally gifted the design to you, if it was gifted to you by someone else you can only trade it unless you've purchased art or have permission from the gifter who has paid money)

Do not resell/trade/gift a character to a minor if the character has NSFW art of any kind.

Designs are only for personal use unless otherwise discussed prior. (Since I feel like I need to clarify this means no commercial use at all (Vtubing, Selling Merch, etc. This would all count as commercial use.)

Do not remove me (Hypnostarz) as the original creator. No matter how much the design has changed.

Do not whitewash my designs [skintone change, changing locs to straight hair, etc.] this includes non-human characters

Do not make NSFW of designs that are intented to be minors, And do not make NSFW of my designs If you're a minor.

Do not make a design that is plus size, chubby, etc. into a skinnier/slimmer design.

Other then those rules you may redesign to your heart's content.

Do not give my designs to the users under any circumstance ! these people are not allowed to own my designs !
